Phillips and Jordan has an opportunity for a Roustabout Foreman.
Location: Williston, North Dakota
The Roustabout Foreman is responsible for Supervise and coordinate activity of a crew of 1-5 Roustabouts.
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
Order materials and supplies. Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment.
Record information about personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.
Implement and enforce safety requirements for the job.
Must have completed the OSHA 30 hour construction standards training course within the last 3 years.
Required to drive motor vehicle in performance of duties.
Requirements:
High School Diploma preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in Well Pad Construction.
Minimum of 1-2 years working as a Foreman/Pusher in oilfield.
