The oil rig is a culture where you will earn your experience while starting from the ground and working your way up. You will earn the respect of your co-workers as well as that of your supervisors and managers.

Once you have gained experience on the rig through various roles, you will be considered for positions of greater responsibility where you will supervise a crew.
