service into their organization as a roustabout.

In this role, you will expect to do a number of different
roles in the support of the oil rig including offloading personnel and supplies
from cargo vessels (e.g. Food, drill pipe, casings, tubing and cutting boxes).
You can also expect to work in sustaining the rig,
performing such activities as painting, chipping, and sweeping.
The oil rig is a culture where you will earn your experience
while starting from the ground and working your way up. You will earn the
respect of your co-workers as well as that of your supervisors and managers.
Once you have gained experience on the rig through various
roles, you will be considered for positions of greater responsibility where you
will supervise a crew.
